Well,
there we were standing by the bar, when someone starts playing piano and off we go witht the christmas carols....lots of them. Some rather comical and some pre rehearsed. Some serious and most not!
Great fun and a lot of booze consumed, the commodore was on form witht he ladies doing descant in only one of the carols, so not terribly efficient there, but sounded good from the rear seats (in the loo!)
Great fun was had by all and well over a hundred people attended with some rather tasty mulled wine and mince pies to go with the afternoon.
Followed with much drunken discussion on all our futures for 2010 and IT WILL BE A GREAT YEAR!
